We're open to all types of applicants for this role, for a trainee position your initial pay will be between £20k - £25k dependent on transferable skills, this salary will increase at a pace that mirrors your learning - if you're a quick learner, your earning potential will increase quickly. You'll receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and once you're fully trained you'll receive a generous commission scheme that is unrivalled locally.
You may be from a background of sales, familiar with speaking to new clients or strong at building relationships easily. You might be sitting on a higher salary willing to retrain and invest in your career, we wouldn't be put off by applicants with strong skillsets - it's all about the transferable skills. The Role
Two sides of recruitment
180- Focusing on candidates. You will start off as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and receive training on an ongoing basis.
The training program that we offer is dedicated to your requirements on how well you work/learn as a person.
When you understand your market/roles more, typically after 3 months, you will then speak to client which is known as a 360.
360- Oversees the whole recruitment cycle, calling clients selling ITECCO as a company to build long-term relationships so we can work with them in the future.
