£20,000 - £25,000 per annum + Up to 25% Commission + Incentives

Training Provided For The Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role
- First, you will learn the 180. This is focusing on candidates. You will explore different ways to attract and find candidates and you will then speak with those candidates to identify which ones could be a good fit for your client roles.
- Once you've learnt the 180 you will then move onto the 360. You will be overseeing the whole recruitment cycle, calling clients selling ITECCO as a company to build long-term relationship so we can work with them in the future.
