Position - Recruitment Consultant
Salary - £20-25K + Commission
ITECCO
Our company offers a fast track to management, usually within 12 months but some consultants have done this in 2-3 and now have their own team.
ITECCO has been going for 5 years and has grown from 1 - 115 employees. We have just opened up our 4th office in the Texas and should be opening one in Miami.

THE ROLE
There are two sides to recruitment -
180 - Focusing on candidates. You will start off as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and receive training on an ongoing basis.
The training program that we offer is dedicated to your requirements on how well you work/learn as a person.
When you understand your market/the roles more, typically after 3 months, you will then speak to clients which is known as a 360.
A 360 oversees the whole recruitment cycle, calling clients selling ITECCO as a company to build long-term relationships so we can work with them in the future.
Arrange interviews and if successful, make job offers to candidates.
This may seem simple on paper, but it is a challenging role as you will be dealing with other people who can be unpredictable. You will need to have thick skin and be resilient.
You must have a genuine interest to be successful.
Career progression and earning potential is unlimited and there is always room for more.
You can earn up to 25% commission. On average, our consultants are billing £20k a month, that is £5K commission in your pocket, the experienced consultants will be billing more.
We have just had a recent promotion, trainee to director - this is all thanks to our training program.
