Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

Having recently become an accredited Investors in People, ITECCO are now looking to hire 5 new Trainee Recruitment Consultants!
What you'll be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
* Making sales calls to prospective and previous clients to sell ITECCO as a business partner
* Attending meetings and negotiating rates
* Writing job adverts and social media content to attract top talent
* Headhunting for candidates with specific skills
* Arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates
* Building and maintaining long and successful relationship with both clients and candidates.

On average our consultants bill £20,000 per month - this makes them 25% Commission which is £5,000 PER MONTH!
