We need you! We are hiring for ITECCOs first Talent Acquisition Manager Position in our UK Team. You will have the opportunity to get insight into an international company, with a hands-on approach as well as the experience that comes from the work, we do in our 4 Locations. We are looking for an experience talent acquisition specialist to lead our talent acquisition team and help us implement our recruitment strategy and find the right talent in an exciting and challenging recruitment market.

We are open to new ideas and are happy to work together on this challenge.

What does the job involve?

As an Internal Talent Manager, you will have overall responsibility for recruiting at ITECCO UK. You will be operationally responsible for the whole recruiting journey and excellent candidate experience. You will be in charge of defining and implementing the recruiting strategy and will lead the TA team toward achieving the recruitment goals. You will stay on top of business events and advise your hiring managers on all recruiting matters. You and your team don't just fill vacancies but hiring managers value you as an expert in your field and a partner for achieving our business goals. You take care of the entire recruiting process in a 360° manner (incl. setting up interviews and leading competency-based interviews). Our goal is to continuously develop recruiting at ITECCO with enthusiasm and effectiveness.

Your tasks:
Leading the TA function and team for ITECCO UK
Line management, coaching, and career development of our team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
Actively contributing to our international recruiting capability and helping shape the Group recruitment strategy
Shaping and leading the UK recruitment strategy
Building and managing networks of qualified candidates
Sourcing candidates via various online channels (job boards, internal database, professional networks, and groups, etc.).
Reaching passive candidates via Boolean search, social media, and other innovative search techniques.
Supporting the recruiting and selection process, including creating job descriptions, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and supporting the interviewing process
Leading competence-based interviews up to executive level candidates
Close collaboration with the Hiring Managers and recruiters in order to identify the right requirements.

Your Talent:
You are passionate about Talent Acquisition with in-house experience and a university degree
With your knack for analytics, you will proactively contribute to the further implementation and monitoring of our Talent Acquisition strategy.
You bring experience as an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner and mentoring and leading recruiting teams is not new to you
You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
You have very good time-management skills
Ability to manage several open positions and lead the function and team members simultaneously
You are resilient and skilled at multitasking and managing work-life balance for yourself and for the team
You are well versed with various job boards, use actively professional social networking sites, and ideally have an established network
You bring curiosity and a strong willingness to improve and innovate to our recruiting process.
You see yourself as a professional and proficient partner for the business who also strives for administrative excellence. As a result, you proactively question processes and consider how they can be made more efficient.
We use many different tools and software which you will get acquainted with, good knowledge in MS Office and social media will be a great advantage.
