Location: Runcorn
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

One of my clients based in Runcorn, are on the hunt for a Provisioning Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be part of a modern, forward-thinking company who pride themselves on investing in their staff and progressing people through the company. Within the role, training will be offered regularly, alongside many progression opportunities.
Purpose of the role will be to provide 1st/2nd and 3rd level user support on the portfolio of all technical solutions provided to the internal users base and all supported clients. Communication with the users will be either remote access, telephone, email or direct
We are looking for an individual that is self-motivated, well presented and feels passionate about their career in IT.
Previous experience
* Managing/Provisioning various technologies and software.
* Variety of hardware/software technologies
* Configuring and fault finding
* Good communication skills
* Woking within a Service Desk Environment
Responsibilities:
* Installing technical Solutions
* Assisting the Service Manager with Provisioning, Engineering and Software related faults
* Be part of the on-call rota Supporting customers outside of normal working hours
* Configuring software Solutions
* Provisioning mobile and fixed line technologies
* Routers including Cisco, Draytek, viprinet, cradle point and D- link
