Role: SQL Developer
Location: Northwest and Yorkshire (Fully Remote)
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

My client is a global outsourcing company who are on the look for an established SQL Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the BI reporting which will help drive KPI's within all areas of the business. You will play a key role in the transformational projects that involves migrating reporting to a azure data warehouse within the cloud. Aswell as, development, operational reports and applications for clients and internal use.
Responsibilies
- Creating and maintaining SQL objects
- Working with colleagues to manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Analyze SQL query plans and leverage diagnostic tools to identify performance bottlenecks and take appropriate corrective actions to remediate.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server architecture
- Administration of the SQL server
Ideal candidate
- BSc in Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science (2:1 or above, MSc is highly desired)
- Strong experience with SQL, SSIS
- Experience of MS Azure
- T-SQL
- Knowledge of Power BI
- ETL, data warehousing
- MS Excel
