Service Desk Manager

Role: Service Desk Manager
Location: Leeds, England
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE


My client is one of the best Managed Service Providers in the UK, frequently winning awards across the UK. They are now looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Service Desk Manager to join their tech team. You will coach and mentor the IT Support Technicians within the team, providing one-to-one meetings whilst ensuring SLA's are met. The position will be office based and excellent personal skills are a must!
