Service Desk Engineer - £30K - Mansfield
Role: Service Desk Engineer - Italian Speaking / Understanding
Location: Newark on Trent
Salary: £30K DOE
I am looking for a skilled Service Desk Engineer to join a thriving business in Newark on Trent on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician with an ability to speak / understand Italian - as you will not only be providing IT Support to 300 UK based users, but also 250 users based over in Italy. You will be working on the Service Desk in a close-knit team of 9 other engineers, as well as getting stuck in with projects across the UK sites - also with the opportunity to travel to Italy if you wish!

Role Requirements:
** Provide IT Support via the ServiceDesk to 550+ users located across the UK and Italy
** Act as the first port of call for all IT issues raised across the business
** Resolve issues with a first time fix or escalate these if needed
** Liaise and work closely with the more senior engineers to resolve issues as well as develop your technical knowledge
** Have a passion for IT and a drive to increase and develop your technical knowledge at every opportunity
