Role: Service Desk Analyst
Area: Macclesfield, Cheshire
Salary: £25,000

My client, who is a multi-award winning organisation, is on the hunt for a Service Desk Analyst, who will be able to assist in the growth of their business.

The day to day tasks of this role consist of 1st, 2nd Line work and support to the customer base on business applications. You will also be getting involved with the new site mobilisation - aiding in planning, organising and some project management!

We are looking for someone who is confident, ambitious and practically minded and is able to stand on their own two feet if needing to visit clients on site!

Requirements needed:

** ITIL/ ITSM
** Windows servers
** Office 365
** Active Directory
** LAN/WAN/VPN
** New site mobilisation

Responsibilities:

** Providing technical support to head office/sites
** New site mobilisation - plan, organise & project manage
** Purchasing new IT equipment
