Senior Systems Engineer
Position: Senior Systems Engineer
Location: West Central London
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
My client is an association within the legal sector who are looking to employ a, articulate, personable Senior Systems Engineer who will work alongside the Senior IT Manager and Projects Team to deliver IT projects and infrastructure support.
Your core duties will include but not limited to providing 1st-3rd line support to circa 120 staff, ensure ticketing system is properly maintained, investigate and provide root cause analysis of issues. Providing technical infrastructure support and maintenance of servers, storage, network and security to ensure a continued operation will also be key.

- Network topology (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, Switches, Routers, Firewalls)
- Virtualisation technologies (VMware ESXi)
- Office 365 - Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Migration
- Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop
- Backup & Storage
- Microsoft OS, Server, AD
- Hardware installation, troubleshooting and repair
