Role: Senior IT Support Engineer
Location: Harrogate, England (Remote working available)
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 DOE

They are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join their rapidly growing tech team to support their 100+ employees across multiple offices up to a 3rd Line Level. Outstanding problem solving, time management, and communication skills are a must.
As the Senior IT Support Engineer, you must strive for operational excellence by installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, system management tools whilst ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure security and availability. As a senior engineer you will tackle more complex projects, take the lead on solution design, and support less experienced support engineers.

Skills from You:
- Windows Server 2012 - 2019, including installations and configurations
- Proficiency with AWS / Azure (Desirable)
- Networking (Cisco)
- Full fluency with Office365
- Windows 7 - 10
- Active Directory & Group Policy
