Senior IT Manager
Position: Senior IT Manager
Location: Holborn, Central London
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOE
I am currently working with client who is looking to employ a Senior IT Manager who will be responsible for a team of 4, the successful candidate must have a very 'hands on' approach to any task at hand.
Together with the Director of Finance, the successful candidate will be the primary strategist for and have the responsibility and ownership for all hardware and software in use by the organisation; the continuity of services, access to and protection of all critical data; cybersecurity, all audio-visual and telephony services.
Core Responsibilities:
- To run, manage and be responsible for the following:
- Continuity of services
- On-premises and cloud-based ITT services
- Cyber security government standard ISO27001 accreditation
- Primary data systems and backup data systems
- Systems and data integration
- Healthy relationships with core ITT service suppliers
- To plan, develop and lead the implementation of maintenance, upgrades and installation of technology solutions
- To be the lead technical resource for implementation of core hardware and software infrastructure projects
- To oversee the IT Helpdesk and Support services
- To oversee the ITT documentation process
- To plan, manage and plan annual IT budgets
