Senior Infrastructure Engineer
Role: Senior Infrastructure Engineer
Location: North London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

My client who are in the multichannel communications sector are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis, you will be assisting and taking the lead on projects as well as monitoring and supporting the day to day Infrastructure of the company. The person we are looking for will be proactive, critical thinkers who are strong communicators and like working in a team.

Strong knowledge of and experience in managing:
- Server hardware, FC & iSCSI configuration, SAN storage
- Microsoft Hyper-V / Clustering
- Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Microsoft Office 365
- Microsoft SQL management
- Information Security systems and monitoring
- Security legislation and best practice
- Secure data transfer: SFTP, site to site VPN, Leased Lines
- Cisco firewalls and switches configuration / maintenance
- TCP/IP Networking
- VOIP telephony systems
Would be an advantage to have:
- Cloud Services: AWS and/or MS Azure
- Security standards such as ISO27001
- Hold an Information Security specific qualification
