Job description

Role: Software Developer
Location: Birmingham HQ! but… Hybrid working
Salary: £40,000 - £95,000 DOE

One of the most successful and recognised global corporations within the Steel Manufacturing and Engineering industry has now founded its latest umbrella company - forming a huge new digital platform with a new team of experts to get involved in heaps of exciting projects and top-notch technologies - in which the successful candidate will have the opportunity to get involved in and join the company at an exciting time in their journey.

Unlike a typical start-up, they are fully funded and structured by the global corp, with over 30 billion in revenue and additional multiple recent investments. They have an inspiring growth plan for the future, and their focus is revolutionising the Steel Manufacturing Industry.

You will be getting involved in growing innovative and ground-breaking products, writing clean code, managing the implementation of a website/application, and communicating ideas and decisions to other team members.

They are looking for Mid/Senior/Lead Developers to form their new team of around 20 people that will consist of UX/UI Designers, Growth Architects, and Product Designers.

As well as the leading benefits package provided by the Global Corp, successful candidates during the incubation period will also be eligible for an extremely impressive bonus scheme - one of the best I have seen in the business.

Other benefits include:
* Remote/Hybrid Working (flexible)
* In-house medical care
* Employee discounts
* Training and progression plans
* Company pension plan

They are looking for development wizards with:

2+ years using React or React Native.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for implementing highly scalable maintainable services and be knowledgeable on object-orientated and functional programming concepts.

Salary is fully flexible up to £95,000 DOE.
