Role: Management Information Systems (MIS) Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £39,500 per annum
Location: Blackburn

Reporting to the Head of IT/MIS, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of data quality is maintained and developed across the school and managing the data / MIS function for all funding streams. You will also lead on promotion and support for data practice solutions so that processes and systems meet the needs of the organisation and its learners, enabling government compliant quality record management across the organisation.
You will have significant experience of Further Education rules, funding and Individual Learner Record (ILR) including experience of cleaning and submitting ILR returns. You must have the ability to communicate effectively and clearly both orally and in writing in relation to complex issues and have interpersonal and supervisory skills to lead and work as part of a team.
