I am currently recruiting for a fintech start-up, looking to take the consumer lending industry by storm. My client is on a journey to widen access to affordable lending. Instead of looking into the individual's credit score to assess eligibility for lending, my client looks into the bigger picture to comprehend what an individual could really repay. This is done through examining several alternative sources of data and allowing product users to connect their accounts to open banking. They have raised £32 million in equity and the team consists of people from Bank of America, HSBC, and Airbnb.
Our client has an opportunity for a Mid - Senior Product Designer, to join them on a permanent basis, working partially remote! The client is currently undergoing a rebrand and is looking to bring in a solid Product Designer. You will initially be the sole designer on the team, so being able to shape the product and take real ownership over your work is required. You will play a central position in the rebrand and redesign of the company whilst building a strong design team around you.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with:
- Figma or Sketch

- Fintech experience
