Junior IT Support Engineer - London - £25,000
Role: Junior (1st Line) IT Support Engineer
Location: London (Central)
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
A Junior IT Support Engineer is required to join a fast-growing tech business based in the heart of London. Thy employ over 1500 staff and are listed on the London Stock Exchange; the leader in their industry. They are looking for someone to support the internal users of the company's IT systems. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the software and hardware systems of the company as well and being responsible any installations and continued operation maintenance.
What this Role Will Entail:
* Installation, maintenance and testing of computer software and hardware
* Resolving all first line support queries from the user base
* Remote and desktop support of internal users
* Assisting on all project tasks, shadowing IT Manager
Key Skills:
* 1+ years' experience in IT Support
* Windows Desktop Operating Systems (7, 10, 11)
* Microsoft Exchange/Office 365
* Active Directory
* Networking - TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP
* Experience in Desktop and Laptop Support
* Google Cloud
