IT Support Technician
Role: IT Support Technician
Location: Leicester
Salary: £25K DOE
I am looking for a charismatic and forward-thinking IT Support Technician to join a growing company within the Education Sector on a permanent basis. This is a diverse and varied position that will allow you to be hands on technically, as well as provide outstanding levels of customer service. You will be based at one school in Leicester, whilst also supporting 4 other local schools both remotely and onsite when needed (10mile radius).

Role Requirements:
** Work closely with the other members of the IT Team to ensure the smooth running of IT Systems across various customer sites
** Work closely with the senior engineers to learn from them and seek guidance from them
** Time will be split between onsite and remote support
** Act as the face of the company and ensure you are professional and approachable at all times, with clear and inviting communication skills
