Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Fareham / Catherington, Hampshire
Salary: up to £30,000 DOE

My client, a well-established and leading education organisation, is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their technical team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for two Hampshire-based sites, supporting their network and infrastructure both remotely and on-site.
You will liaise with school staff, head office, and students to ensure all issues are solved quickly and efficiently, as well as assist in the delivery of technical projects to improve systems.

Experience needed:
- Windows Server 2012, 2016
- Active Directory support
- Office365 / Office 2013/2016
- LAN / WAN Technology
- Desktop and Server hardware support and troubleshooting
- Experience providing technical support within the education sector would be beneficial
Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will have to obtain a DBS Check.
