Role: 1st Line IT Support Technician
Location: Manchester
Salary: £22,000
My client based in Manchester is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their company on a permanent basis and aid in remote and onsite technical support for their supported schools. With an exclusive focus on the education sector, previous experience in this environment would be beneficial but not crucial.
Technical Requirements:
** Hardware - Printers, Projectors, Laptops
** Group Policy
** Active Directory
** Windows Server
** Office 365
** Networking experience
** DNS/DHCP
** Apple Mac
Responsibilities:
** Supporting external and internal sites
** Aiding in troubleshooting software & hardware
** Resetting passwords & setting up accounts
** Commuting to and from primary schools daily
** Working hours - 8:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
