Role: IT Support Technician
Location: Leeds, England
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

My client, a Global Consultancy firm, is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join their tech team. You will be part of an IT team supporting users in the UK and other areas of Europe. You will provide day to day support for the organisation's servers and telephony systems. You will be working with a team of enthusiastic IT Support specialists supporting the firm in a quick and efficient way.

Experience needed:
- At least 3 years' hands-on experience
- Windows Server 2016
- LAN/WAN
- VPN's
- Office365/Exchange
- Active Directory/Azure AD
You must be confident and personable as there will be some requirements to visit customers and clients onsite. With the large projects you will be undertaking, good time-management skills are valuable. Previous experience in change management is preferable
