My client, a high-achieving software company based in Sheffield, is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their tech team on a permanent basis. Your new role will involve supporting both off-the-shelf products as well as bespoke legal software. You will be part of an expanding team supporting the internal users within the organisation whilst providing fantastic customer service. You must be able to demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge and be able to communicate this efficiently with those you are providing support to.
