IT Support Technician
Role: IT Support Technician
Location: Derby
Salary: £26K DOE
I am looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join a growing company in the Education / MSP Sector. This is a diverse and varied position that will allow you to be hands on technically, as well as provide outstanding levels of customer service. You will split your time between projects and rollouts and onsite support, with this company providing excellent levels of IT Support to sites across the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire areas - no 2 days will be the same!

Role Requirements:
** Work closely with the other members of the IT Team to ensure the smooth running of IT Systems across various customer sites
** Work closely with the senior engineers to learn from them and seek guidance from them
** Time will be split between onsite and remote support- half on-site and half at head office
** Act as the face of the company and ensure you are professional and approachable at all times, with clear and inviting communication skills
Technical Skills from You:
** Windows Server and Windows 10
** Office 365
** Active Directory, Group Policy
** Network Troubleshooting - DNS, DHCP
