Role: IT Support Technician
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 DOE

A Microsoft Gold Partner are looking to add IT Support Technician experienced in the education sector to their fantastic team on a permanent basis based in Birmingham.

Responsibilities of the role:
** Working face to face with members of staff on site
** Performing 1st line duties to tickets logged through the service desk
** Assisting with both hardware and software issues
Skills Required:
** School environment experience
** DBS Enhanced check
** G-suite
** Troubleshooting
** IOS Experience
