Role: IT Technician
Location: Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England (Remote working available)
Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 DOE

My client is a successful Managed Service Provider located in Newcastle, who provide consultancy and support for businesses across the UK ranging from local councils to large solicitors. Owing to their increasingly rapid rate of growth my client is looking to bring on board an enthusiastic, motivated and technically minded junior IT Support Technician to join their rapidly growing team! As the IT Support Technician, you will get involved with existing and upcoming projects with 2nd and 3rd line engineers as well as day-to-day support of the clients' large customer base, and possible visits
to client sites.
My client is a MS Silver & Gold partner who will pay for industry certifications and qualifications whilst providing you with protected study time so that you can learn and progress.
Following an initial probationary period, this role does offer REMOTE WORKING!
Excellent customer service is a must for this role!
