IT Support Engineer - London - £30K
Position: IT Support Engineer
Location: London (Central) 2 Days / Home Working 3 Days
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + Amazing Benefits
A well-established organisation in the advertising industry has an exciting new opening for an IT Support Engineer to be based out of their London office. This role can also be undertaken remotely, and a hybrid model is in operation allowing you to work from home for more than half of the working week if desired.
They need someone to help support their internal user base and IT systems. You will be the initial point of contact in helping to resolve all technical issues both remotely and desk side. Alongside these duties, you will also be involved in some project tasks when there are requirements for new rollouts, upgrade, or migration work.
What this Position will Entail:
* Working alongside senior members of the IT Team to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues via email, phone, or ticketing system
* Supporting a small sized user base
* Deskside and Help Desk support
* Upgrading and maintaining the company's infrastructure/systems
* Assisting on project tasks
Knowledge and Skills Required for the Position:
* Windows Server administration
* Windows 10 deployment and support
* Active Directory / Group Policy
* Office 365
* Azure
* SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
* Basic Networking Knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Audio Visual Setup
