IT Support Engineer - Leominster - £21K +
Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Leominster
Salary: Up to 21K + Shift Allowances (Minimum Earning Of £25,000)
A busy Logistic Company based in Leominster is looking to add a 1st line support engineer to their growing team. This is a permanent position that will see you providing support from a busy help desk, or out on site across Leominster when needed. This is a varied position that will allow you to get hands-on technically and expand your knowledge from day 1 - this company pride itself on the investments they make in their employees and their ability to provide them with a bright future within IT.

Role Responsibilities
** Act as the 1st port of call for issues raised through the service desk
** Provide desktop, server and network support across various customer
** Ensure you resolve issues in an efficient manner - ensuring you always communicate clearly and confidently at all times
** Provide support remotely from your own home or out on customer site when is needed
** Follow a progression and training plan to clearly see your planned growth and how you can succeed
Experience in some of the following from you:
** Windows Server and OS
** Office 365
** Active Directory / Azure AD
** Cisco Networking
** PowerShell
It is also essential that you have great organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and manage your own workload on a daily basis. You will also have excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person.
