Role: 3rd Line Support Engineer
Location: North-East Nottingham
Salary: £30k DOE
I am looking for a motivated and driven 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a growing MSP in Nottingham on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a skilled IT professional to take the next step in their career and join a company that will really value them and allow them to progress. This company will nurture you from day one and provide you with clear progression routes into either a senior level or projects engineer position (consultancy).
As the 3rd line support engineer you will be working form the head office in Nottingham to provide efficient and skilled IT Support to 100+ customers across various industries in the East Midlands. No 2 days will be the same and you will be given the chance to work with the latest technologies on the market.

Role Requirements:
** Provide first-class 3rd line support to the companies loyal customer base
** Provide hands on fixes and resolutions for both software and hardware issues
** You will have a proactive attitude, allowing you to respond to issues efficiently as well as make suggestions for improvement
** Ensure customers remain informed throughout the whole process and talk to them on a professional yet friendly level
** Ensure customer service is of a very high level - client relationships is key
** Shadow more senior / project engineers to get hands on with more complex issues and broaden your knowledge levels and experience
