IT Support Engineer
Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Leicester City Centre
Salary: £20K
I am looking for an aspiring IT Support Engineer to join a market leading company in Leicester on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to kickstart their career and get a foot in the door with a continually growing company. This will be a varying position that will allow you to provide 1st / 2nd line support to 1500+ users located at 35 sites across the UK, and will also be given the chance to work on some exciting projects across the business. You will be providing support via the helpdesk, so communication and customer service skills are key!

Role Requirements:
** Provide remote and onsite support from the head office in Leicester city centre
** Provide hands on fixes and resolutions for both software and hardware issues
** Provide first-class 1st / 2nd line support via the helpdesk
** You will receive regular on the job training and mentor senior engineers
** You will have a passion and enthusiasm for IT - with a want to progress and improve your knowledge
** You will be confident and work well as a team and also as an individual
** You will have a proactive attitude, allowing you to respond to issues efficiently as well as make suggestions for improvement
Technical skills from you:
** Windows Server
** Windows 10
** Active Directory, Group Policy
** Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint
** Hardware builds / configuration
** IP Phones
