IT Support Engineer
Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Home Based (Central / Surrounding London)
Salary: £25K DOE
I am looking for a driven and motivated individual to join a thriving IT Solutions provider on a permanent basis. This company are based near St Albans and provide support to customers across the central / surrounding London area. This company thrive on their ability to provide excellent levels of training and development for their engineers, to ensure that their knowledge is as solid as possible and that they can provide an outstanding service to their loyal customer base.
Your role will be split between working from home to provide support remotely and being onsite at customers offices through London. You will be supporting hundreds of offices across various industries, which will allow you to develop a broad level of knowledge and skill. You will also be given the opportunity to be involved in some exciting projects across the businesses - not an opportunity to miss out on!

Role Responsibilities:
** 50% WFH to provide support for customers remotely
** 50% on customer site to provide deskside customer support
** Involvement in projects and getting hands on
** First point of contact and face of the business - communication is KEY
Any experience in the following:
** Windows Server / OS
** Active Directory
** Office 365
** Networking
** Hardware Support
