Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: South Birmingham
Salary: £35K DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Engineer to join a market-leading business near Solihull on a full-time basis. This role will see the right candidate join a vibrant IT team and get on board with various tasks and projects the business has underway.

Role Responsibilities
** Implementing regular laptop / iPhone refreshes or upgrades
** Be the escalation point for junior members and help through complex queries
** Supporting various IT projects (locally and globally!)
** Assist with the roll out of new technologies and processes
Skills
** Windows Operating Systems
** Active Directory / Azure
** O365 / Exchange
** MDM (iPhone's)
