Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Gateshead
Salary: £22K - £32K DOE
I am looking for a charismatic and forward-thinking IT Support Engineer to join a busy and thriving IT Solutions Provider in Newcastle. This company do not follow your typical tier system levels of support, but will allow you to work on issues from 1st - 3rd line as well as lead projects and manage your own workload. Role Responsibilities:
** Take tickets and provide IT, Infrastructure and Network support on issues to resolution
** Work on and lead projects across the customer base
** Maintain, support, configure and install various hardware and software
** Always be wanting to learn and develop new skills
** Be confident enough to work independently or as part of a team
** Occasional onsite support to customers - Driving License essential
