IT Solutions Manager
Position: IT Solutions Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £50K - £55K DOE
I am working with a client in the education sector who are looking to employ an IT Solutions Manager to join the IT Leadership Team to support the transformation of the European IT department ensuring support of the businesses and delivery of quality IT services.
You will be responsible for a total of 60 schools in the UK and other regions of Europe, travel to these sites will be required when an onsite presence is necessary. The purpose of this position will be to provide strategy, design and deployment of technology solutions for the European systems and services.
Main responsibilities:
* Support the design, build and deployment of:
o Physical & virtual hosts
o Storage & databases
o Monitoring & backups
o Networks
o Cyber security
* 3rd line support
* IT service continuity utilising ITIL processes
* Implementing new solutions
* Project management & support
* Audit & review the core systems and services
* Manage major incidents
