The Trainee Recruitment Consultant role…
In exchange for your hard work, motivation, and positive attitude, you'll be working with some of the most talented managers/consultants in the sector to become a recruitment specialist in the Technology arena. We'll teach you how to build a client base and develop your skills to make you a Rock Star! As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be working in a sales role, engaging with candidates and clients both over the phone and in person.
We are world-class in developing superstar consultants from many different backgrounds (telesales, retail, customer services, hospitality, personal training, door to door sales) and every type of educational background so you won't need any prior experience in recruitment- All that is required is a positive attitude, willingness to learn and the motivation to succeed!
