IT Operations Manager
Role: IT Operations Manager
Location: Leicester
Salary: £50K DOE
I am looking for an IT Operations Manager to join a growing MSP in Leicester on a permanent basis. This will be a hands-on position that will allow this individual to provide IT Support to a Senior 3rd Line Level, as well as lead projects across the business and mentor the more junior engineers. This role will be an integral part of the smooth running of all IT systems and Infrastructure across the vast user/customer base.
Ideally, they are looking for someone with an MSP / IT Solutions background, as you will have an ability and skill in being able to multi-task various customers, as well as prioritise issues on importance and urgency. It is also essential that you are confident and comfortable providing both remote and onsite face to face support, as you will be the face of the business for many high-level customers.

Role Requirements:
** Act as a Senior 3rd Line Support engineer to ensure that any issues raised are responded to and resolved within a timely and efficient manner
** Ensure the smooth running of various IT Systems and Infrastructures on a daily basis
** Lead projects across various businesses
** Work closely alongside the other Senior Engineers to deliver projects and plan infrastructure improvements
** Be an integral part of the current and future growth plans of the business
Skills from you:
** Strong Microsoft Stack Experience
** Strong Cloud Solutions
** Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint
** Windows Server, Windows 10
** Backups - Veeam, Datto
** VMWare and Hyper-V
** Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure
