Role: IT Systems Support Engineer
Location: South Leicestershire
Salary: £40K DOE
I am looking for an IT Systems Support Engineer to join a market leading business in South Leicestershire on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a creative, analytical IT Professional to take the next step in their career, with a business that will allow growth and clear progression routes from day 1. You will be tasked with maintaining the highest levels of IT Systems Support across the business, as well as leading projects and mentoring the more junior engineers in the team. You will also be given the opportunity to travel to the USA office if you wish!

Role Requirements:
** Provide a high level of IT Systems support to internal users of the business - responding to logged issues via the service desk
** Resolve issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner - lead by example
** Assist with projects across the business and more complex 3rd line issues when is needed
** Have an ability to multi-task multiple projects at one time - ensuring you create and are able to stick to deadlines
** Mentor more junior members of the team - acting as an example and guiding member of the team
** Be able to maintain excellent communication, interpersonal and presentational skills
** Be a quick learner and work with the latest technologies on the market
