Role: HelpDesk Engineer
Location: Sheffield, England
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 DOE

Founded in 2004, my client is a successful IT consultancy firm with sites located throughout the UK, providing IT support to a wide variety of clients. They are looking for a young, ambitious and hardworking Help Desk Engineer to join their rapidly growing tech team to support their clients to a 1st / 2nd Line Level. In this HelpDesk Engineer role, you will be responsible for providing first-class support to clients whilst fixing technical issues quickly and efficiently, alongside other Help Desk Engineers.
As a HelpDesk Engineer, you will get involved with a multitude of technologies and projects! You must be a confident IT Engineer speaking to both a technical, and non-technical audience, able to communicate and thrive in a team environment.

Skills from You:
- Experience with Windows Server 2012 - 2019
- Knowledge of Exchange 2003 - 2019
- Network troubleshooting

- Windows 7 - 10
