Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role

As a graduate recruitment consultant, you'll be taken on your own personalised development plan from the get-go and earn up to £15,000 in commission on top of your basic salary in your first year...
Not to mention, the work culture you're going to love: Hard work, followed by company holidays, trips to the races and early finishes on Fridays!
The Role:
- Headhunting the best talent in the market place for your clients businesses.
- You'll use a range of sales and marketing techniques to attract the best - including job adverts, LinkedIn content & building your own personal brand, Networking, sales calls & meetings.
- You will develop your own client base and become their go-to for business growth, helping them to reach their goals.
- You'll manage offers & close deals.
The Juice:
- 100% of our consultants reach promotion form trainee to consultant within 3 months
- Earn up to 25% commission
- 1pm finishes every Friday
- 2 week Christmas break
- At lunch- relaxing leisure area with pool table. Table tennis and PS4
- Young, friendly environment
- Monthly achievers for consultants who hit targets- The Ivy, Flight Club, 20 stories, Karaoke, Axe throwing
The Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills
- Ability to priorities workload
