Salary: £20k-£25k + Up to 25% Commission

What your day to day will look like as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Making sales calls to prospective and previous clients to sell ITECCO
- Attending meetings and negotiating rates and carry out the whole recruitment cycle completely
- Writing job adverts and social media content to attract top talent!
- Headhunting candidates with specific skills
On average our consultants bill £20,000 per month- this makes them 25% Commission which is £5,000 PER MONTH!
