Salary: £20K - £25K + Commission
First year OTE: £60,000+
Second Year OTE: £110,000+

The role
Receive on going training, on an ongoing basis
Business development, making sales calls to prospective and previous clients to sell ITECCO as a business partner to build long term relationships
Oversee the entire recruitment cycle including finding candidates, assessing their skills, matching them to the job and the interview process.
Writing adverts and social media content to attract top talent
Arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates
About you

A people person. You will love connecting with new people and understanding their needs and requirements
A strong communicator. You will have excellent attention to detail, as well as a talent for conversation.
You will need to be proactive. You will be headhunting specialist candidates either through social media or on our extensive database.
Highly organised. You will be managing your own desk, so you will need to be able to keep on top of your workload at the same time.
