Job description
My client is seeking Junior Analyst who will be responsible for meeting and negotiating with people and suppliers. In this role you will be required to draw up assessments of costings to provide clients, or potential clients, with products or services offered by the company.
This position requires someone who can build effective relationships with customers by providing excellent service, maintain good relationships within the business to effectively manage orders through the production process.
The salary for this role is between £20,000 - £25,000 and is based in Huntingdon. They are offering a competitive salary, together with an excellent progression path
Job Role & Responsibilities include:
- Reporting and providing data analysis across different departments
- Providing constant data analysis while estimating,
- Looking at the commercials and providing detailed feedback to sales team
- Provide yearly customer reviews - which will require looking at the data over the year and analysing it
- Inputting & Progressing orders through to delivery
- Stock control within customer agreements
- Creating and gaining approval of artwork using an in-house IT system
- Supplying copy delivery notes, dealing with invoice queries, raising documentation
- Cost control
- Handling technical enquiries from customers
- Generating quotations for customers and the sales team
Required Skills
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally & written
- BA Honours in Mathematics, Economics or Statistics or similar
- Strong IT Skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Self-motivated & committed with proven time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent Excel skills
- Able to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines
- Team orientated
