Field Engineer
Position: Field Engineer
Location: Carnaby, West London
Salary: £27K - £33K DOE
I am currently working with an MSP client who are partnered with the worlds leading software and hardware manufacturers, they deliver 1st class service to some of the most respected brands globally. My client is looking to employ a Field Engineer to join their award winning team and hit the ground running through offering top of the line support to their nationwide clients. You will be required to travel around London, Bicester, Manchester, Birmingham etc if remote support is not feasible, your travel expenses will be covered for all travel outside of London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Desktop/laptop support
- Basic Cisco Meraki
- MDM - Air Watch / Workspace One
- Organise comms rooms in stores and the HQ
- Support of hardware, OS images, applications, and network connectivity
- Lead/Participate as required with Ad-Hoc projects
