A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Epos Support Engineer to join an industry-leading software company based in Birmingham on a full-time basis. This exciting opportunity will see you be the backbone of the business by being the forefront of all technical Epos queries.

Job Responsibilities
** Providing support via telephone to multiple businesses
** Assist with QA and testing products onsite
** Provide remote upgrades and installations!
** Provide support with ongoing projects

** Windows Operating Systems
** MS Office Suite
** Hardware builds and repairs
** SQL Server
** EPOS (Essential)
This role will require you to have an Epos support background and will be a requirement of a minimum of 18 months in a Epos-related role.
