My client based in Leeds are in the forefront of the renewable energy sector. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic and committed Data Analyst with a true passion for sustainability. You will be joining the Data Science and Analytics team with the mission of creating new energy solutions that are great for customers, and great for the environment.
Strong communication skills are important as you will be responsible for data quality, data collection, management of providers and liaising internally and externally making data informed decisions driving the company forward. This is offered full remote and with a generous salary package.
Ideal candidate
- Data Science / Analytics related degree or Equivalent
- IT literate (Microsoft Office) with intermediate to advanced Excel skills desirable.
- Knowledge of SQL (T-SQL, SMSS, Databricks)
- Experience of business visualisation tools, e.g., Unify / Tableau / Answers / Power BI
- Ability to translate sometimes complex terminology into a common language that peers understand
- Support the creation of solutions to fulfil the expectations of your clients
- Desire to succeed/gain experience within a commercial environment.
- Drive / Self-Motivation / Proactive / "Can Do "mentality.
