Contract 1st line support technician
I am currently working with a very exciting client based in the centre of London to assist them in finding a number of IT support technicians, to help support their 1st line problems. The role has come around after a number of their current team have been internally promoted and progressed upwards to 2/3rd line roles and higher.
This role is initially a 3-month contract, however, this is likely to either become a permanent position in this time frame or to continue to be a rolling contract. It will be based inside IR35 so the successful candidate will need to work through an FCSA accredited Umbrella company during this contract. The role is interviewing now with an expected quick start for the successful candidate.
The role will see you joining a fast progressing IT team that supports upwards of 1,000 people across a number of international offices and teams. This would be a great fit for a graduate looking to get a quick start in the world of IT or a second job for a junior IT support technician.
This will be based in a Windows environment and you will be provided training on a number of niche and business-specific software that is used in house with this client. The role will see you be onsite in their London office for the initial contract as the rest of the company is returning to the office.
