Business Intelligence Analyst
Up to £35,000
Barton Upon Humber
Main responsibilities:
- Create/maintain reports to measure key metrics which support our Training, HR and Recruitment departments
- Analyse and monitor trends within key metrics that influence performance. Looking at new areas that deliver more insight
- Creating presentations for internal stakeholders to review weekly performance metrics
- Monitor the performance of our Internal Training Department - identifying the success of our tailored Training events and identifying areas of improvement

- Highly experienced analysing complex data and identifying key trends
- Self-motivated with a pro-active attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Driven by producing quality work that supports good business decisions
- Experience with analysing, interpreting and transforming large data sets
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Visual Basic experience - Automated Excel Reports, Functionality within Reports is desired but not essential
- Experience building reports/dashboards in PowerBI is desired but not essential
- MySQL, PostgreSQL is desired but not essential
