Role: 3rd Line Support Engineer
Location: West Central, London (Hybrid remote working)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

My Financial Services client who are in the Cryptocurrency space, are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The is role is an exciting opportunity to support a modern and growing company who can offer significant potential for professional growth. The ideal candidate will be happy working across a range of different technologies and on various challenges. From more traditional networking challenges to state-of-the-art cloud infrastructure requirements.

Required Experience:
- Experience in 3rd line support
- Solid understanding of Network topologies: WLAN, VLANS, firewalls, VPN, routers, switches
- Virtualisation technologies (VMware & Hyper-V)
- Cloud environment (Azure)
- Office 365, Microsoft Windows, AD including Group Policy
- Certifications are desirable; CompTIA, Azure and ITIL
- Financial sector experience (desirable)
