2ND/3RD LINE SERVICE ENGINEER - 3 MONTH ROLLING CONTRACT - £200-£300/DAY - NEWCASTLE - INSIDE IR35💸💸💸
My client is looking to bring an experienced 2nd/3rd Line Service Engineer onto their managed service environment helpdesk.
The requirements for the role are:
-Windows Operating Systems Expert
-Virtualisation (VMWare and HyperV)
-In depth knowledge of terminal server environments (RDS)
-Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
-Microsoft Exchange
-High quality customer service
-Excellent communication and customer care
