Role: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Location: East Central, London (Fully Remote)

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000


My client is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer who wants to work in a rewarding environment at a small MSP in Central London. You would be working with several exciting clients across London delivering IT support. The ideal candidate needs to be a responsible team player who wants to learn and grow with the business. You will have the opportunity to learn new technology and self-develop.

Experience Required:

  • Active Directory Services, MS - Exchange, Group Policies
  • MS Office 365 and Azure
  • MS Terminal Services & Citrix Environment
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Network Infrastructure (Domains/Security/DHCP)
  • Virtualisation Software (VMWare & Hyper - V Setup
  • Experience with Web Servers, Mail Servers, DNS
